The ESF French Ski School offers a snow kindergarten for children aged 2 years and over (indoor and outdoor activities).
For children aged 3 years and over, the ESF also offers lessons in an area adapted especially for children (small, child-friendly ski lift etc).

As part of the wider "Foret Blanche" ski domain along with Risoul, Vars offers skiers 180km of downhill slopes to explore.

Vars is easily accessible by coach from Montdauphin train station (15km).
