The Gran Vista residence is situated 8km from the resort centre, 1.5km from the beach and 700m from a supermarket.
Accommodation is in terraced holiday homes of 3-4 storeys or apartments in villas, surrounding gardens and built on a hillside going down towards the sea.
Due to this construction, the residence is not recommended for people with mobility problems.
