The residences GOLF MAR I & II are located 3.5km from the "small centre" of Playa de Pals and its shops, approx. 300m from a supermarket a restaurant and Golf Mar II.
The residences are made up of two 5-storey buildings (with lift) on pedestrianised grounds and are separated from the beach by a pedestrian promenade.
