CHILDREN
The "Les P'tits Amis de Oui-Oui" nursery welcomes very young children and infants aged between 10 weeks and 3 years, and the "Anice le Sotre" nursery is ideal for slightly older children aged between 18 months and 6 years.
The ESF French Ski School located in Vologne offers an introduction to skiing to children from the age of 4 years.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
The La Bresse ski area offers 30km of downhill ski slopes, which are divided into the three individual domaines of Hohneck, Lispach and Brabant (all linked by road). 6-day lift passes can be bought in advance and in-resort, and children under 5 years ski free of charge.
Cross country skiing : length of cross country track 50 Km
La Bresse boasts 50km of trails across 6 loops in the Bresse-Lispach area of the resort.
All downhill slopes and cross-country trails are located 8km from La Bresse, in Vologne. There is a payable shuttle bus service which runs during the French school holidays.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
La Bresse can be easily accessed by coach from Remiremont train station (35km). Skiers who would like to let the train take the strain out of their journey to the mountains will be delighted to hear that Lagrange are able to arrange rail travel and accommodation packages, so call our reservations team on 020 7371 6111 for details and prices.
La Bresse is a well-equipped resort, offering all necessary amenities including local shops, a range of bars and restaurants,a launderette and bank, plus doctors and pharmacies.
