The LA PINEDA residence is located at the entrance to the resort, 600m from the resort centre and 50m from the beach, with direct access through a pine grove.
The residence is made up of two 5-storey buildings (with lifts) and has a mini-market, snack-bar and restaurant on the ground floor.
