The "La Galipette" nursery and snow kindergarten welcomes children aged between 1 and 7 years, and also offers ski lessons for children aged 3 years and over.
The ESF French Ski School and kindergarten offers ski lessons to children of all abilities aged 3 years and over.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
Part of the expansive "Skipass Mont-Blanc" ski area, Les Contamines offers skiers access to 700km of slopes served by 190 ski lifts. The more immediate "Evaion Mont-Blanc" ski area allows visitors access to 440km of slopes, including those in Megeve and Saint-Gervais (access by road).

Cross-country skiers and off-pitse daredevils can enjoy access to 24km of cross-country skiing, with trails varying in difficulty to suit a wide range of abilities.
A weekly ski pass is required - enquire locally.

Non-skiers visiting Les Contamines can enjoy opportunities to try snowshoeing, dog-sledding, snow scooter trails, and an open air, natural ice rink
For evening entertainment away from the slopes, the resort also has a cinema, and a range of restaurants and nightclubs, as well as shops selling local produce.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Les Contamines is a well-equipped resort, offering all necessary amenities such as a GP's surgery and pharmacies, bars and restaurants and local shops.
